These individual private sessions are designed to help you navigate changes and transitions or to bring your life back into balance. This work weaves together time-tested mindfulness practices with frameworks for adult development and universal principles of change to help you meet what’s next in your life with newfound clarity and purpose. Together, we’ll uncover your deepest values, explore what’s most meaningful to you, and create a practical path forward that supports deep well-being and living in alignment with what matters most. I find I’m very passionate about this work and love supporting others in this way.
I bring training as a Life Balance Strategist with Phillip Moffitt and Jennifer Ward, experience as a core teacher in their training program, and years of supporting clients through both inner and outer life changes. Over the years, I’ve witnessed people discover resilience, steadiness, and a deep sense of well-being even within life’s inherent uncertainty. It would be an honor to support you in finding your own way forward.
