Come spend the day at InsightLA's main center in Santa Monica, and deepen your Insight practice with other young meditators. This is a retreat for anyone in their 20's and 30's who is interested in deepening their practice and sustaining moment to moment mindfulness. 

There will be periods of silent sitting and walking meditation with some instruction and guidance, a Dharma talk, and discussion.
