Come spend the day in beautiful Malibu beach deepening your Insight meditation practice with other young meditators. 

There will be periods of silent sitting and walking meditation with some instruction and guidance, a Dharma talk, and discussion. 

*Special Note: This retreat is being held in Malibu at a private home on the beach. Directions and location information will be emailed to you. For questions please contact celeste@insightla.org. 

Please bring a brown bag lunch and a favorite cushion for sitting if you have one.
