The role of community (sangha) in collective awakening
Gratitude and Equanimity as daily anchors in the midst of change and difficulty
Ways to strengthen mindfulness and compassion as foundations for resilience
Insights from modern research to support inner strength and well-being
Each week will include guided meditation, Dharma talks, small group reflections, and community discussion to deepen learning together.
