In this class series we will explore some of the traditional teachings around how to work mindfully with emotion, as well as modern approaches drawing on the latest research from positive psychology and neuroscience.
We will learn how to skillfully work with difficult emotions and cultivate greater well-being through mindfulness meditation practice, applied mindfulness techniques and exercises designed to deepen emotional intelligence and balance and increase ease, contentment and joy in daily life.
This class is appropriate for people with some prior meditation experience such as Basics of Mindfulness or MBSR, as well as those newer to meditation.
Sliding scale from $150 to $250 per person.
